This page explains how to delete your account in Leagues 4 Friends, the Android app by SeljeSoft, and what happens to your data.
You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Google in the app (used for sharing leagues). The app works without an account, and then nothing about you is stored on our servers.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open Leagues 4 Friends and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its cloud data are deleted straight away.
On a phone set to Norwegian, the menu items are Innstillinger → Faresone → Slett konto.
Option 2: Ask us by email (no app needed)
If you no longer have the app, send an email to seljesoft@seljenes.no with the subject “Delete my Leagues 4 Friends account”, from the Google email address you signed in with (or tell us that address). We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: Google sign-in details (name, email address, profile picture and user ID).
- Leagues you shared, and their share codes. Friends who followed them can no longer refresh them.
- The counter of how many leagues you have shared.
What is kept, and for how long
- Leagues on your phone are stored only on your device, so we can’t reach them. Delete them in Settings → Danger zone → Delete all leagues, or by uninstalling the app.
- Crash reports are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Usage statistics are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 2 months.
- Purchases and tips are handled and kept by Google Play under Google’s own rules. Pro stays linked to your Google Play account, not to the app account.
